Class AMisdemeanor  Public Lewdness, Prostitution (1-2 previous convictions), Promotion of Prostitution Up to 365 days in jail or up to $4,000 fine or both.
State Jail Felony  Improper Photography or Visual Recording, Prostitution (3+ previous convictions) No more than 2 years or less than 180 days in state jail. For every felony, defendant may also be fined up to $10,000.
3rd Degree Felony Prohibited Sexual Conduct, Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution No more than 10 years or less than 2 years in institutional division. For every felony, defendant may also be fined up to $10,000.
2nd Degree Felony Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault of a Child, Indecency With a Child (1-2 offenses), Improper Relationship Between Educator & Student, Compelling Prostitution, Possession or Promotion of Child Pornography No more than 20 years or less than 2 years in institutional division. For every felony, defendant may also be fined up to $10,000.
1st Degree Felony  Indecency With a Child (3-4 offenses), Aggravated Sexual Assault, No more than 99 years or less than 5 years in institutional division. For every felony, defendant may also be fined up to $10,000.
